Delete from the app

1. Open OnTimePay and sign in.
2. Go to More → Profile → gear (Personal Account).
3. Tap "Close my account", type CLOSE and confirm.

Withdraw or move any remaining balance first.

Can't open the app?

Send a deletion request from your registered phone number through our support page. We confirm your identity, then close the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Profile photo, saved recipients, linked methods, device and notification settings.
• Your sign-in access and cards are cancelled.

What we must keep

Transaction records and identity checks are kept for the period financial and anti-money laundering laws require (usually 5–7 years), then deleted.
