1. About these terms

These terms govern your OnTimePay account, wallets, cards and payment services. By opening an account you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate identity information. We may ask for further verification at any time to meet anti-money-laundering rules.

3. Your wallets

Balances in SSP, USD, KES and UGX are held on your behalf. Limits depend on your verification tier and are shown in your account.

4. Keeping your account safe

• Never share your PIN or one-time codes.
• Tell us immediately if your phone is lost or you see a payment you don't recognise.

5. Fees and exchange rates

Fees are listed on our Fees page and shown before you confirm any payment. Exchange rates are shown at the time of the swap.

6. Suspending accounts

We may freeze an account or payment where we suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms, or where the law requires it.

7. Closing your account

You may close your account at any time once your balances are withdrawn.
